MARIE SHUSTER
Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Grey Sphere, a neuroscience-based leadership consultancy. Marie has over 15 years of organisation and people development experience, having worked with leaders and teams in NGO’s, Shipping, Pharma and Telecoms across MENA.
NIKYTA GULERIA
Nikyta’s international experience in project management and design spans global NGOs, social businesses, and rising startups. She currently heads Evolutesix Digitial, a marketing and growth agency, aimed at supporting impact businesses.
STEFAN FIEDLER
Weaving grassroots entrepreneurship, permaculture, and activism, Stefan focuses on how to support the deliverance of a regenerative, Solarpunk future.
ANDRIUS JUKNYS
Business development and partnership management across creative industries. He holds an MA in Art and an MBA from Warwick Business School with an emphasis on inter-company collaboration and innovation strategy.
ROBIN TOLLER
Part of Evolutesix in its earliest days, Robin is a certified Adaptive Way practitioner and also brings a background in professional acting to personal and group development spaces; and with that a lightness to processes that require us to examine ourselves. He is a programme facilitator at the Dhyan Vimal Institute.
STEPHANIE BOUJU
Through experience gained across different roles, industries, and cultures, as well as training in adaptive management, Stephanie thrives when engaging stakeholders at all levels - from business to Board - and supporting them in risk-based decisions.
CECIL SCHMITT
Cécil has more than 15 years in Organisation Development, focussed on developing Teal capacity. He combines governance and adult development models, as well as facilitation methodologies that embrace social art and dialectical techniques.
RORY RIDLEY-DUFF
Rory, a Senior Lecturer and Professor at Sheffield Hallam University, currently serves on the board of the UK Society for Co-operative Studies and as an Editorial Board member of both the Social Enterprise Journal and Journal of Social Entrepreneurship.
